★平日2部、3部、土日祝は1部、2部、3部にて営業いたします。

■予約について
★大人2名様～のご予約可能でございます。
例)大人1名様・子供1名様でご利用されたい場合は大人様2名様で登録頂き、お子様は選択頂いたプランのソフトドリンク飲み放題の価格でご案内となります。

★登録時、先に【大人様人数・日付】を打ちますと対応可能なプランと空き状況が表示されるようになっております。
お子様プランやオプションメニューしか表示されない場合は大人様人数の登録が満たしていない為、大人様人数を増やす必要が御座います
・成人済みのお客様は飲み放題は統一となります。
※飲み放題のの種類を混ぜての登録が出来ない仕様となっております。
・未成年の方・妊娠されてる方・運転される方がいらっしゃる場合はソフトドリンク飲み放題への変更可能です。備考欄に人数と理由の記載をお願いいたします。登録頂いた後にこちらで変更させていただきます。
・オプションメニューのみご注文の場合はキャンセル処理をさせて頂きます。
・6歳以上のお客様は人数分プランのご注文が必須でございます。
・食事付きプランはカット野菜・カットフルーツ・お菓子（生クリーム除く）・ドリンクのみお持ち込み可能です。

■お席・ブースについて
・1ブースの定員は最大8名様です。（大人）
※9名様～2ブース・17名様～3ブースと人数によって利用区画が変わります。
※混雑時は調整させて頂く場合がございますのでご了承くださいませ。
　お席のご指定は不可となります。

■BBQ持ち込み予約のお客様
・メニューに記載しております説明文を必ずご確認くださいませ。
・食材持ち込み予約とサイドメニューは併用不可となります。

■キャンセルポリシー
・BBQ食材持ち込み予約をご注文の場合
　ご利用日前日18時以降のキャンセル料金はご利用料金の全額となります。

・BBQプラン・グランピングBBQプランご注文の場合
　4日前までのキャンセル料金はかかりません。
　3日前からキャンセル料金は半額発生致します。
　前日・当日のキャンセル料金は全額となります。
※台風発生時は2日前まではキャンセル料金は発生致しません。

※貸切の場合はどのプランをご利用でも開催の13日前からキャンセル料金50％、5日前から100％となります。
※日程変更や総額減少もキャンセルポリシーの対象となります。

■ 天候悪化（強風等）に伴う営業中止について
・悪天候の影響により、BBQ会場は安全上の理由から営業を中止することが御座います。
・ご来場後に天候が悪化し営業を中止する場合、ご利用料金を含むお支払い済みの各種代金のご返金は致しません。
・営業を中止した場合、日程を変更していただきご利用をお願い致します。
(営業中止の場合は事前にデポジット料金を頂戴し、次回開催時に差し引かせて頂きます)
あらかじめご理解のほどよろしくお願い致します。
・台風が発生した場合、2日前までのキャンセルには料金は発生致しませんが、前日および当日のキャンセルには100％キャンセル料金が発生致します。

*The chicken thighs are for the hot pot, but if you have any left over, you can grill them on a BBQ and enjoy.

■ All-you-can-eat items may be ordered only after you have finished the initial set menu for your plan. Desserts (such as popcorn, marshmallow skewers, pancakes, s’mores, etc.) are excluded from the all-you-can-eat ordering.
※ Ingredients ordered in advance as optional menu items are also excluded.
■ Please do not leave uneaten food. If a large amount of food is wasted, we may charge an additional fee.
■ If any member of your party chooses the all-you-can-eat option, all guests in the group must select the all-you-can-eat plan.
■ If you order the Kids Plan, it will be provided as an all-you-can-eat plan. Be sure to choose the Kids option when ordering.
