[Reservations]
● Please limit your dining time to two hours.
● We do not accept same-day changes to menu items.
● We may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
● For reservations for 25 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
● If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.

[About Eel Dishes]
● Due to the high volume of orders for pufferfish and crab dishes in December and January, eel dishes are only accepted for the first order at the time of reservation or upon arrival.

Additional orders are not accepted during meals, so please place your order early if you wish to dine with children.

[Reservations for Children]
● Please include children ordering the same course as adults in your reservation count.
● We do not provide children's menus, child chairs, or tableware (smaller spoons, forks, side plates, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.

[Cancellation Policy]
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before use
- 50% of the reservation fee from 2 days before use to the day before use
- 100% of the reservation fee on the day of use
