To commemorate the 3rd anniversary of The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka's opening, the Japanese restaurant Genju will present a special menu for this day only, "Sansho Kyoen" (Three Masters' Harmony), where the techniques of three areas—kaiseki, sushi, and teppanyaki—come together and resonate with each other. You will be welcomed in either the kaiseki or teppanyaki section, starting with an appetizer, followed by an assortment of appetizers showcasing the skills of each area, a soup and sashimi dish typical of kaiseki, grilled and fried dishes that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients, and then a palate cleanser. After a teppanyaki dish, the meal will begin with sushi. Finally, the elegant course will lead you to desserts that reflect the essence of each of the three areas: kaiseki, sushi, and teppanyaki.

・For reservations for 1 to 9 people
Cancellation the day before the reservation: 50% of the plan price
Cancellation on the day of the reservation: 100% of the plan price
If you only reserve a seat, a cancellation fee of 5,000 yen per person will be charged for lunch and 10,000 yen per person for dinner.
◆If you reserve cake or flowers
A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged for cakes from 3 days before the reservation date, and for flowers from 7 days before.
