Booking Policy
You can make a reservation only for KYOTO, Gion.
【 About reservation for Lunch time 】
・please come to the restaurant at 10:45.
If you are not in front of the restaurant at 10:55, your reservation will be cancelled.
・The time limit for your lunch is 50 minutes.
・Reservations for 013:00 will only be accepted if you are able to arrive at the store at 12:45. Also, since the restaurant will be open at 13:00, reservations will be cancelled if the number of guests is not present at the restaurant at 12:55 or if they are not in the restaurant.
・Reservations for 14:00 will only be accepted if you are able to arrive at the store at 13:45. Also, since the restaurant will be open at 14:00, reservations will be cancelled if the number of guests is not present at 13:55 or if they are not in the restaurant.
Please note that the store will close completely at 15:00.
・Due to high traffic, we ask that you leave the restaurant at least 50 minutes after you enter.
・If the day you wish to make a reservation is full, please scan the QR code that will be posted in the storefront at 10:00. If there are many customers waiting for your reservation, please register your name and phone number. (If there are many customers waiting, the time may be moved up.)
【 About reservation for Dinner time 】
・A 10% service charge will be added during evening hours.
・Please choose your course in advance
・your reservation will be cancelled after 15 minutes passes from your appointment time.
【Cancellation Deadline and Fees for Dinner time】
Fees for the number of persons reserved must be paid as follows.
23:59 on the day before arrival.
Cancellation after 0:00 will be charged 100% of the course price.
Up to 23:59 on the day 2 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made after midnight will be charged 80% of the course price.
Up to 23:59 3 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation after midnight, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
