Children: Half price for children in between 101cm to 130cm; Free of charge for children under 100cm. For bringing your own beverages, a corkage fee of NT$800 per bottle for red/white wine and NT$1,200 per bottle for spirits will be charged. Dine-in customers are subject to an additional 10% service charge.
【Reservation Guidelines】 1.Reservations are only accepted within 3 months from the current date. For special requests, please contact us by phone. 2.Each reservation will be held for 10 minutes. If you are late, your reservation will be automatically canceled without further notice. 3.If children are accompanying you, please include them in the total number of guests when making a reservation. 4.The number of 2-person tables is limited. Reservations for 2 guests or fewer will be arranged according to on-site availability and may be seated at a shared table. 5.For group reservations, please do not book separately. We are unable to combine different reservations into one table. 6.For large groups (more than 15 guests), please call the restaurant to make a reservation. 7.We do not accept requests for specific seats. Special seating requests will be accommodated based on availability. 8.If you need a baby chair, children’s utensils, vegetarian options, or have dietary restrictions, please indicate these in the reservation page or under " Requests." 9.Guests celebrating a birthday will receive a complimentary treat upon showing a valid ID. Please book at least 3 days in advance and note this request under " Requests." 10.For dining with meal vouchers, please follow the terms and conditions printed on the voucher. 11.After your reservation is confirmed, the system will send a confirmation SMS and email. If you need to make changes, please click [Cancel Reservation] in your booking details and rebook online. For reservations with prepaid deposits, please call the restaurant directly to adjust your booking according to availability. 12.Discounts from promotions, credit cards, and meal vouchers cannot be combined. 13.Dining guests are eligible for up to 4 hours of free parking per vehicle (parking height limit: 2.1 meters). 14.To protect the rights of all guests, those who miss their online reservations three times (including no-shows without cancellation) will be restricted from using the online reservation system. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel such reservations without prior notice.
【Deposit Policy】 1.If you wish to use dining vouchers or credit card promotions, please indicate this in the Special Requests field. 2.For regular reservations of 10 guests or more, a deposit of NT$500 per person is required (credit card authorization is necessary, but no payment will be charged at the time of authorization). For special reservations, such as during holidays or festive occasions, full prepayment is required online to complete the booking. 3.In the event of a cancellation, the hotel will charge the deposit according to the cancellation policy and the number of days specified after receiving the cancellation notice.
【Notice】 1.Pets are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Guide dogs are the only exception. 2.To ensure food safety, outside food and beverages are not allowed.
