● This is the reservation page for “Teppan Dining Yamanami” located in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture.
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seating arrangements. Your understanding is appreciated.
● Due to kitchen capacity constraints, there is a limit to the number of guests we can serve simultaneously. Therefore, each group—including children requiring chairs—may consist of up to 8 people maximum. Reservations for 9 or more guests cannot be accepted.
● If multiple tables are reserved for different time slots, we cannot combine them or synchronize meal start times. Meals will be served separately according to each reservation time.
● Even when multiple tables are reserved under one booking, each table receives individual service, and meal timing varies accordingly. Please keep this in mind.
● If you do not contact us by 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation and release the seats to other guests. Additionally, standard cancellation fees will apply.

● The allowed duration per table is 1 hour and 50 minutes from the scheduled reservation time.
● Should you arrive late, we may not be able to provide your reserved seating, or your usage time may be shortened. Your understanding is appreciated.
● Each table has a designated usage period. Since the same table is used by the next reservation afterward, please adhere to your scheduled time. If you’re late, we may ask you to leave even while still dining, as priority goes to the next reservation.
※Even in cases involving transportation delays (e.g., taxi issues), last-minute changes to reservation times cannot be accommodated. Please plan ahead and allow ample time for travel.
● Cancellations & Changes in Guest Count
Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to the reservation time incur a fee of ¥5,000 per person.
Additionally, if you arrive with fewer than the reserved number of guests without prior notice, a fee of ¥5,000 per missing guest applies.
● For birthdays or anniversaries, we can prepare a message plate for dessert for an additional fee. For guests ordering courses, adding a message plate to the course dessert costs ¥1,000.
For à la carte orders, adding a message plate to apple pie costs ¥2,000. Feel free to inquire if interested; please make arrangements at least 3 days in advance.
