[Summer Limited Shaved Ice] Chocolate - Flavored with Hazelnut Liqueur and Dark Rum -
This is a seasonal limited-edition shaved ice made using pure ice crafted from deep spring water from the Ina Valley in Shinshu.We used 70% cocoa dark chocolate, filling it with a mixture of hazelnut liqueur “Frangelico” and white chocolate whipped cream. On top is dark chocolate espuma, while cocoa tuiles and mixed nuts add a delightful crunch. The accompanying dark rum enhances the flavor, creating a complex taste reminiscent of a martini.
