Booking Policy

General Information:

Our restaurant will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, with service starting at 5:30 pm. We will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Whilst we don't have a strict dress code, we do recommend a smart casual attire when dining with us. If you're arriving by car, there is parking available nearby and underneath the hotel - our concierge staff will be happy to provide directions and advise of any charges.

- Kindly advise upon booking of any dietary requirements.

- Please advise upon booking if you wish to bring additional decorations for a special occasion; only small discreet decorations that can fit on the table (like a centerpiece or flowers) are allowed.

- If you wish to bring in your own cake for a celebration, a fee of $7pp will occur for storing, cutting and serving purposes; our in-house-pastry team can also craft cakes upon request, please contact us at gpowellington@ihg.com for more information.

- A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.

- For groups of 10 or fewer, bookings can be made online. or larger groups, please call or email us. Please note split payments will not be accepted for groups of 10 or more.

- Prices and menu offerings are subject to change - different menus will be offered over festival days, including (but not limited to) Wellington on a Plate, the World of Wearable Art Show, and Christmas Holidays. Please email us at gpowellington@ihg.com for more information.
