Prefix Dinner Menu Selection – Asian Promotion

Elevated from last year’s widely admired Asian‑inspired offerings, this year’s dinner selection has been reimagined with deeper sophistication and a refined sense of indulgence. The interplay of aromatic spices and the pristine acidity unique to Southeast Asian cuisine unfolds with a richer, more dramatic presence befitting the evening table. The season’s signature dish, the chilled capellini, features noodles gently enveloped in a cumin‑ and chili‑scented spicy sauce, complemented by a tomato base brightened with lime and fish sauce. A final flourish of tropical fruits adds a touch of nocturnal resort elegance, resulting in a dish that captures the essence of summer luxury in a single, captivating plate.
