Each dish—from kuruma prawn and wagyu tempura to fig dengaku (miso-glazed fig)—leaves a lingering, comforting impression. The meal concludes with tendon (tempura over rice), akadashi (red miso soup), and pickles, and finishes on a refreshing sweet note with basil ice cream and iced tomato.
