About reservations
- We will notify you on Instagram regarding available reservation dates.
- Once the available reservation date is decided, we will open the reservation slot at midnight two weeks in advance.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seat selection.
●Even if you are late for your reservation time, your seat will be limited to 70 minutes from your reservation time.
●Due to the limited number of parking spaces, we ask that you please carpool as much as possible when you visit.
[Regarding cancellation]
A cancellation fee of ¥2,000 per person will be charged from 3 days (72 hours) before the reservation date and time.
Please be sure to cancel online at least 3 days in advance.
