【Operating Hours】 Mon, Tue: Closed Wed, Thu, Sun: 15:00–00:00 (Last order 23:30) Fri, Sat: 15:00–01:00 (Last order 00:30)
• Guests aged 12 and under are not permitted after 21:00. Guests aged 12 to under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

【Reservations】 • Online reservations are available for 1–6 guests up to 30 days in advance. • For same-day reservations or private bookings, please contact the restaurant directly. • Reservations are held for 15 minutes. Late arrivals without prior notice may result in cancellation. • Please contact the restaurant in advance for any changes or cancellations.
【Deposit & Cancellation Policy】 Special Reservations • Includes festive occasions, special events or menus, private events, and groups of 10 guests or more. • A deposit by credit card may be required according to the reservation system. • Reservations will be cancelled automatically if payment is not completed within the required period. • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the dining time are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, except in cases of force majeure.
General Reservations • A valid credit card is required to secure the booking. No charge will be made at the time of reservation. • Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee charged to the card provided, except in cases of force majeure.
【Seating】 • Taipei 101 is not visible from the indoor seating area of LUMI Bar. • Seating is assigned based on availability and operational needs. Specific tables cannot be guaranteed. • Please inform us in advance if wheelchair access, stroller space, child seating, or other assistance is required.
【Promotions】 • Only one promotional offer or discount may be applied per table, including dining vouchers and credit card promotions. • Some promotions may not apply during festive periods or private bookings.
【Parking】 • Receive 1 hour of complimentary parking for every NT$1,000 spent, up to 4 hours per vehicle.
【Other Information】 • All food and beverage charges are subject to a 10% service charge. • Pets are not permitted, except guide dogs and legally recognized service animals. • Alcohol will not be served to guests under 18. Please do not drink and drive. • The restaurant reserves the right to adjust reservations, seating arrangements, and event details as necessary.
