Italian Region (Tuscany & Liguria) – Dinner 5-Course Menu (5/1~)

Le Pristine Restaurant Tokyo launches a new annual dining series, Italian Region, created by Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman.

In May and June, the second chapter will shift its stage to Tuscany and Liguria.
Rather than relying on elaborate techniques, the course is built around vegetables and herbs as its foundation, drawing out the purity and harmony of the ingredients. This approach has allowed us to create a light and refreshing menu, perfectly suited for the early summer season.

Available for a limited period from May 1 to June 30, 2026.

We are pleased to announce a Pommery Champagne Dinner at Le Pristine Tokyo, located within Hotel Toranomon Hills.

Le Pristine Tokyo, overseen by Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman, offers refined gastronomy that blends the essence of traditional Italian cuisine with a modern sensibility.

On the day of the event, a live art performance by calligrapher Yuka Matsui will be featured, creating a glamorous and special moment where cuisine, art, and champagne harmonize beautifully.
