Le Pristine Restaurant Tokyo launches a new annual dining series, Italian Region, created by Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman.
In May and June, the second chapter will shift its stage to Tuscany and Liguria. Rather than relying on elaborate techniques, the course is built around vegetables and herbs as its foundation, drawing out the purity and harmony of the ingredients. This approach has allowed us to create a light and refreshing menu, perfectly suited for the early summer season.
