Each experience requires a minimum of three total participants. Multiple parties may book the same experience, but if the total number of participants remains below this threshold 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the experience will be canceled, and all reservations will be fully refunded.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.
