MASONRY RESERVATION POLICY

MASONRY will hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes past your booking time, after which your table may be released to other guests.

Lunch service is à la carte menu only.

Dinner menus are a choice of two set menus, subject to change depending on available market produce. The same set menu must be taken for the entire table.

Dining times for reservations before 7 PM are limited to 2 hours, unless otherwise specified.

Please contact us directly to discuss dietary requirements, as certain requests may not be possible.

We welcome special requests, though we may not always be able to accommodate them.

Children are welcome:
- Guests 12 years old and younger may choose our children's set menu.
- Guests 13 years and older are required to take the regular set menu.
We have a limited number of baby chairs, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Wine corkage for special bottles is JPY 8,000 per bottle.

Dress code: Smart Casual.

All reservations require a valid credit or debit card to secure the booking. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a fee in line with our cancellation policy.

For pre-payment of festive menus (Christmas and New Year’s Eve), prices are inclusive of tax and service charge. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable due to kitchen and service preparation.

PARKING POLICY

Please note that parking at MASONRY Niseko is very limited. We kindly encourage all guests to use a car service, as vehicle access to the venue is restricted.

For guests who choose to drive, parking is available at the public car park across from The Vale Hotel. Niseko Kyo, where MASONRY is located, is just up the road from there.

If using a car service, please ensure that you are waiting in the Niseko Kyo lobby at the arranged pick-up time. Cars are not permitted to stop or wait in front of Niseko Kyo.
