📋RULES AND REGULATIONS
In order to facilitate a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have the following rules and regulations:

👥AGE LIMITATION
▪Guest under the age of 18 are only allowed to access the 22nd floor when accompanied by an adult until 8.00 pm. only.
▪As per Government Law, alcohol will only be served to guests 20 years old and above. Proof of ID may be required for age verification.

👞SMART CASUAL DRESS CODE
Smart Casual : Sports, athletics or swimwear clothing is not permitted.

📷PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography is permitted at our establishments, with the exception of select areas. The use of drones, tripods, extensions and flash units are not allowed.

📝RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
▪Private Events or group bookings enquiries: Please call +66 (0) 5 209 0600 or email: fb@meliachiangmai.com to make a reservation.
▪Any cancellation will incur 5% transaction fee deducted on the deposited amount
▪Any reservation made by a guest/ company can be amended or canceled up to 72 hours prior to the
reservation time without incurring any charge.
▪Any cancellation, no-show or change made within 30 minutes of your scheduled reservation will incur a cancellation fee of the deposit, which will be applied without any notice.

🎈DECORATIONS AND SPECIAL EFFECTS
All decorations such as signage, flags, balloons, etc. are strictly prohibited.

🌦WEATHER POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of inclement weather; however, it can be used as a cash credit toward future bookings.

🧳LUGGAGE
We regret that we cannot provide storage for your personal belongings such as backpacks, shopping
bags, suitcases or other luggage.

🕰HOURS OF OPERATONS
Mai The Sky Bar is open daily from
6.00 pm to 12.00 am (midnight)

🚗PARKING
Complimentary parking is limited but available.
