The innovative Maison Pommery, known for creating the world's first dry champagne and establishing the modern Champagne style, will be celebrating the 150th anniversary of Brut Champagne with the release of Appanage Brut 1874, as well as the new Clos Pompadour, a single-vineyard cuvée from the Pommery Estate, which will be released on March 1st. We will be hosting a special dinner with Chef Junya Takeuchi of Restaurant ZK, featuring Ken Shii, President and CEO of Vranken Pommery Japan, to enjoy the pairing of Pommery's exquisite champagne with their cuisine.

We will be offering carefully selected ingredients, including Scottish lobster blue, which captivates gourmets from around the world, and Murakami beef from Niigata Prefecture, one of Japan's leading brands of wagyu beef. Teppanyaki chef Ryotaro Hirachi will take a different approach from our regular menu, preparing a special menu that brings out the best in the ingredients.
