[Deutz] Deutz has been a member of the Grand Marquis (the highest quality champagne association) since its establishment in 1882, and continues to maintain that position today. Utilizing the wonderful terroir of Ay village and the latest technology, the champagne brewed under strict quality control is on the list at the Michelin three-star restaurant "Taillevent". Not only is it served in many restaurants in France, but it has also been selected as the house champagne of famous hotels. Madonna, the world's diva, also loves Deutz's top cuvée, and its high quality has fascinated the world.

*Minors and drivers are not allowed to use the restaurant. *Free flow for up to 90 minutes on the 6th floor restaurant terrace from 17:30 to 19:30 (last entry) *Can also be ordered in conjunction with each restaurant's course menu.
