Our restaurants and banquet halls only accommodate food allergies related to eight items (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts). Guests who wish to accommodate these eight items must notify us in advance. As customer safety is our top priority, we are unable to accommodate any items other than these 8 items. Please be aware of points 1 through 4 below and use your discretion when using our services.
1. Because we handle all food and beverages in the same environment, we cannot completely prevent trace amounts of allergens other than those used in our products.
2. Our allergen information is based on the ingredients used and ingredient information (food labeling) from manufacturers, etc.
3. If we are unable to provide you with safe food and beverages, we may refuse your use.
4. Some stores cannot accommodate allergies.
