GRACE PERIOD
We offer a 15-minute grace period for your reservation. If you anticipate arriving later than 15 minutes after your booked time, please contact us. Without notice, your table will be released after this time.
DINNER BOOKINGS Dinner tables are reserved for a dining period of two (2) hours from the reservation time.
A deposit of THB 1,000 per person is required to confirm the reservation for fist seating during the time 17.30 hrs. and 18.00 hrs. Your prepaid deposit will be deducted from your total bill on the night.
For first seating reservations, at 5:30pm and 6:00pm, tables must be returned by 7.30pm and 8.00pm.
While we strive to accommodate specific seating request, including window tables, we regret that we cannot guarantee these due to high demand. However, we will do our utmost to accommodate your preferences. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation time or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
Deposits are non-refundable if the total bill is less than the deposit amount.
