Please kindly read the following information carefully before placing your order.
【Purchase Instructions】
■ Pickup Time: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
■ Pickup Location: The Deli Bakery on the 1st floor of Sheraton Taipei Hotel.
■ Pickup Method: Please present your order number at The Deli during the pickup time.
■ Delivery Request: For frozen items requiring delivery, please call The Deli to place an order. Delivery fees are calculated separately.
■ Humble House Gourmet Card Members: No discounts available for online purchases. Please call The Deli to order.
■ Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please do so online 72 hours in advance. Since ingredients must be prepared first, orders cannot be canceled or modified within 72 hours before the meal is served.
■ Online orders for handmade breads and cakes must be placed three days prior to the pickup date (excluding the pickup date). For urgent orders or other inquiries, please call The Deli.
■ The daily supply of ingredients is limited, and some ingredients will be adjusted depending on the situation on the day. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ The pictures are for reference only; the actual contents of the meals are based on them.
