【Requests to Customers】 Seat reservations are limited to 120 minutes. ・Reservations cannot be transferred or resold. ・If more than 15 minutes have passed since the reservation time without contacting us, the reservation will be cancelled. ・If the reservation name and the customer's information do not match, we may refuse to enter the store. ・If you would like to change your reservation, please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation. Please note that once you cancel, there is a possibility that the seats will be filled. ・A reservation ID will be issued after the reservation is completed.
