▶ About Reservations
□ Our restaurant is by reservation only and offers an omakase course. A la carte dishes are not available.
□ To ensure this is a dining experience, we limit reservations to a maximum of three people per group, or a private reservation for up to ten people.
□ Children are only permitted if they order the same course as adults. (There are no age restrictions.)
□ You will be asked to enter your credit card information when you make your reservation, but please pay at the restaurant on the day. Pre-entered card information will only be charged if a cancellation fee is incurred.

▶ About the Day of Your Trip
□ The experience is divided into two sessions, starting at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals may result in some experiences being omitted.
□ If you are more than 20 minutes late after your reservation time without prior notice, your reservation will be canceled. Please contact us in advance.
□ Seat reservations are not available. Please note that this is a small space with only 10 seats.
□ The total time spent is approximately 90 minutes. Extensions are not possible due to seating arrangements.
□ Please refrain from wearing strong perfume or lingering hair products. We consider the aroma to be part of the culinary experience.
□ The restaurant is quiet. Please refrain from loud conversations, video calls, or speakerphone use.
□ There is no dedicated parking or bicycle parking.

▶ About the Food and Experience
□ This course includes a "self-preparation experience." It is not a completely "served-only" sushi course.
□ This course includes raw fish. Please refrain from participating if you cannot eat raw fish.

▶ Cancellation Policy
□ If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
24 hours before your arrival: 100% of the course fee
48 hours before your arrival: 50% of the course fee
72 hours before your arrival: 30% of the course fee
□ After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel or change your reservation, please follow the link in the email. *If you are within the cancellation policy period, you will no longer be able to change the number of people or the number of meals. In this case, please contact the restaurant.
