• Please arrive at the spa on the basement floor at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for a pre-treatment consultation. Non-guests should arrive at the front desk 15 minutes prior to their appointment.
• If you are late, we will endeavor to perform all treatments, but please understand that treatments may be shortened. The full treatment fee will still be charged.
• Spa treatments are available to guests 16 years of age and older. Please inquire at the spa for details.
• We cannot offer massage or aromatherapy treatments to pregnant women. (Only those 16 weeks pregnant or more may receive a facial treatment up to 70 minutes.)
• This is not a massage as defined by law regarding massage therapists, acupuncturists, and moxibustion practitioners.
• The couple's room is available only to hotel guests.
• Treatments include a 10-minute foot bath.
• We accept reservations for up to two people at the same time, provided they are the same course. If the course durations differ, please make separate reservations for each person.
Also, if two people wish to receive different courses with the same treatment duration, please make a reservation for two people and specify the desired courses in the request field. (We may not be able to accommodate all requests.) • If one person wishes to receive multiple courses, please specify them in the request field. (We may not be able to accommodate all requests.) • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your reservation. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows.
