■ OPENING PERIOD
June 28th (Fri) -September 30th (Sun), 2024
* Business may be closed due to stormy weather.
* Closed on July 6 (Sat), September 14 (Sat), and 16 (Mon) due to private reservations.
* Free parking for up to 5 hours.

■ BUSINESS HOURS / Pool hours vary depending on the period of the year.
Period 1 : June 28 (Fri.) - July 11 (Thu.) / September 2 (Mon.) - September 30 (Mon.)
Day Pool 10:00 to 16:00 (final entry 15:00)

Period 2 : July 12 (Fri.) - September 1 (Sun.)
Day Pool Part 1: 8:00 to 12:00 (final entry 11:00)
Day Pool Part 2: 12:30 to 17:00 (final entry 16:00)

Night Pool Operating Period : July 26 (Fri.) - September 1 (Sun.)
Night pool 18:00 to 21:00 (final entry 20:00)

■ Cancellation policy
・ No cancellation fee if you contact us by the day before
・ 50% of the plan fee if you contact us on the day
・ 100% of the plan fee in case of cancellation without contact

■ Children's fees
Customers aged 6 and older will be charged the regular rate. Free admission for children aged 5 and under who do not need a deck chair. Even children aged 5 and under will be charged the regular fee even if they need a deck chair.

■ ABOUT CHARTER'S VIP SOFA SEATS
* VIP sofa seat reservations will be treated as an upgrade from the deck chairs.
* The night pool is only available with premium round sofa seats. VIP sofa seats are not available.
