Luncu time 11:30-15:00(LO13:00) on Thu, Fri, Sat and Holidays.
Dinner time 17:30-22:00(LO20:00) from Mon to Sat and Holidays.
Closed on Sundays.
▶Please inform us at the time of making reservations, if there are any allergies, food intolerances, or other we should consider.
▶Please contact us in advance in case you request to book a private room (for around 10 guests) or your group has more than 5 guests.
▶Please inform us regarding your reservation purpose. (birthday, business meeting, etc.)
▶Please kindly note that it may not always be possible for us to meet your request for specific seating.
▶There's a fee for same-day cancellations.
▶Please give us a confirmation call or Email a day or two days before your reservation date.
▶Please note that your reservation may be canceled if you are delayed over 20 minutes from your reservation time.
▶Male guests are required to wear jackets. Please avoid shorts and sandals.
▶We are afraid that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 years old.

夏に向けて河川を遡上る鮎。
一年の命の鮎は水温の低い上流を目指して、岩肌につく藻を食料とする夏の鮎の身には、青い香りがのり、香魚と呼ばれる独特の風味と甘みが魅力です。
その青さと甘みに合わせるのは、こちらも夏に旬を迎えるマスクメロンのフレッシュジュース。
爽やかな緑色のメロンの果汁に、フレッシュバジルのペーストからつくった自家製オイルを加え、胡瓜やケールを添えて。
捨てるところがない、と言われる鮎。
鮎から取り外いた肝は丁寧にローストし、白ワインでし煮出したほんのりと苦みを感じるペーストにして、お皿を引き立てます。
皿の上を優雅に泳ぐフリットにした鮎は、6月の”はしり”は、まるで皿の上で群れるような『稚鮎』を。
季節が進むにつれて鮎は大きく成長し、”さかり”となる8月には丸く太った『成魚』を味わえます。
鮎の頭から尾っぽまで、旬の味覚を余すことなく使った一皿を、是非この夏にお召し上がりください。

茨城県の放し飼い鴨の達人「西崎ファーム」から、選び抜いた夏のメインディッシュ
国産鴨の優しい味わいに、フランス料理には欠かせない野生味も感じられるシャラン鴨(Challans)の血を掛け合わせて生まれた志筑鴨(SHIZUKUKAMO)。
早くからアニマルウェルフェアの考えに基づき、鴨の飼育環境を整えてきた西崎ファームは
鴨がいかにストレスなく育つかを極めた放し飼いのもと、ゆっくりと時間をかけて飼育しています。常陸の地元で手に入る食材を使いフードロスにも着目した自家配合飼料は人間でも食べられるほど。
手間暇かけた鴨の旨味を損なわないようにエトフェ処理で捌いた志筑鴨は、余分な臭いがつかず、肉本来の味わいを楽しめます。
夏の清涼感を演出する鴨×フレッシュブルーベリーソース
ローストしたときに鴨の旨味が最大限活きるよう、火入れの加減にも徹底的にこだわり、ロゼ色に仕上げた鴨肉に、合わせるソースはブルベリー。
フレッシュな国産物が入る夏だからこそできる、ブルベリーの酸味と甘みを強調した、キレのあるソースが夏の清涼感を演出します。
