▶ About reservation
·We will keep the card information at the time of reservation, but the settlement will not be done.
※We do not recommend entering card information with debit cards or prepaid cards (include bank card).
If you enter your card information by that way, it will be deducted immediately and refunded after you visit our restaurant (refund may take several weeks).
※ Please pay the actual usage fee at the accounting on the day.
·As for the designation of the seat, we may not be able to comply with your request.
·If you can not contact us after 30 minutes from the time of reservation, we will be forced to treat you as a cancellation so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
·Reservations are accepted from two people. In that case, please order the same course.
·children's menu is available. If you want, please choose from the children's menu, after you visit our restaurant.
·We don't have halal ,kosher,vegetarian menu, if you want, please make a reservation to 'Honke Tankuma Honten'
The cancellation policy is as follows.

When canceling the reservation in the following period, food and service fees per person will be charged.

(Over 10 people)
The day before, On the day: 100% / 2 months to 2 days before: 50%
▶ About the location of our restaurant
"Tankuma kitamise Kyoto honten" (located near our restaurant,"Honke Tankuma Kyoto Takashimaya") is different from our restaurant.
When you visit "Tankuma kitamise Kyoto honten", after reserve our restaurant and not come to our restaurant, We will charge a cancellation fee from the information of your card.
