日本酒の会は19時より開始いたします。

秋田県横手市に蔵を構える「大納川（だいながわ）酒造」との一夜限りのコラボレーションイベントを開催いたします。

「大納川酒造」は、1914年創業の歴史ある蔵元。雪深い内陸の地で、清らかな湧き水と秋田県産米にこだわり、繊細で旨味のある酒造りを続けています。伝統を大切にしながらも、若き杜氏を中心に革新を重ねるその姿勢は、Restaurant TOYOの料理とも深く響き合います。

当日は、大納川酒造より選び抜かれた6種の日本酒をご提供。そのうち1本は、杜氏がひそかに熟成させてきた“秘蔵酒”——蔵の奥に眠る特別な一本が、この夜だけ登場します。

Restaurant TOYO Tokyoの洗練された料理と、秋田の風土が息づく日本酒とのペアリング。この日限りの贅沢なひとときを、ぜひご堪能ください。
