▶ Limited-time offer until late November: “Aged Beni Haruka Parfait” This autumn parfait combines the rich sweetness of aged Beni Haruka sweet potatoes with the refreshing tartness of blackcurrants. The sweet potatoes are aged for about 40 days, then baked at low temperature to achieve a flavor reminiscent of sweet potato puree. Layered with Kaga bar tea, white chocolate, and raspberries, it offers a light yet delightful finish.
