To ensure all our customers can enjoy their meals safely, we provide the following information:

We handle various ingredients in the same kitchen and share cooking utensils, washing equipment, and frying oil.
Therefore, it is impossible to completely prevent trace amounts of allergens from being present.

■ Regarding Handling of Allergens
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to customers who cannot tolerate even trace amounts of allergens, including cross-contamination.
Furthermore, we cannot accommodate severe allergies, strict dietary restrictions, or religious restrictions.

■ Request for Advance Notification
Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should inform us when making a reservation or before arriving at the restaurant.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate notifications made on the day of your visit.

■ Request to Customers
We cannot guarantee the complete removal of allergens.
The final decision rests with the customer.
