Our dishes cannot be considered complete without your participation.

We rush to serve the food at its peak deliciousness. Therefore, we kindly ask you to pick up your fork right after the dishes are served (laughs). Things taste best when they’re hot, fragrant, and freshly prepared—so please enjoy them while they’re still fresh from the kitchen. It is only when the efforts of those who prepare the food and those who eat it converge at that very moment that a dish becomes truly complete. We hope you’ll join us in enjoying such special dining moments.

[Regarding Reservations]
● Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate requests regarding seating preferences.
● For reservations involving 9 or more guests, we’d like to discuss details beforehand; please contact the restaurant directly.
● Our restaurant is quite small—only about 30 square meters—so there’s limited space for luggage. We ask that you bring only the bare minimum with you.
● Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Please also refrain from bringing celebration cakes, balloons, costumes, etc.
● Those feeling unwell or experiencing coughs are asked not to visit. Since cancellations on the day of the reservation incur fees, please notify us by the previous day or arrange for a substitute guest.
● Online reservations are accepted until 9 PM the day before your visit. (For the Dinner Special Course, reservations must be made by 9 PM three days in advance.)

[Days Offering À La Carte Service & Children’s Admission]
● On regular operating days, both lunch and dinner are served exclusively as set menus; however, we occasionally offer à la carte service. Information on such days will be posted on our Instagram or Google Business profile.
● On days offering à la carte service, families with elementary school-aged children or younger are welcome.
● As special arrangements are required for families with children, reservations must be made by phone rather than online. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please call the number below.
