Presented in a halved, ripe melon brimming with freshness and depth, this indulgent bowl is artfully composed with an array of house-made melon desserts, offering a multi-sensory experience of sight, flavor, and texture. From airy shortcake with a delicate melt-in-the-mouth finish to finely layered mille-feuille, each element expresses the unique character of melon through a variety of styles. Complementing these are refined accents such as blancmange made with Kahokugata milk, tonka bean–infused vanilla ice cream, mascarpone chiboust, and jasmine cheesecake— each thoughtfully designed to enhance the natural sweetness of the fruit.
