We slow-cooked the bone-in mutton in a confit, sealing in the succulent flavors and collagen, to craft our biryani to perfection. we cook 80 servings in a large pot. We recommend picking up your takeout at 12:00 when it’s freshly cooked.

Our chicken biryani is made with whole Yellow Poussin, a breed of chicken fed with corn imported from Spain. We first marinate and deep-fry the chicken to give it a crispy skin, then simmer it in a rich gravy to make the biryani. The flavor is spicy and tangy, with amchoor (dried mango powder) and chili. We use a lot of fresh mint to add a refreshing aroma to the dish.
