【What is FastPass】
Purchase a FastPass for a specified arrival time and you will be placed at the front of the line for that time slot! Same-day purchases are also possible!
※FastPass is not a seat reservation. During busy periods, or depending on the time current diners remain at their table, you may still experience a short wait.
※This is not a full reservation system.
If slots are sold out, we continue to serve customers who queue on the day, so please come directly to the restaurant.
Booking rules
● One purchase covers 1 to 4 guests.
FastPass cannot accommodate larger parties. Please understand that seating is limited.
● Please include the number of
children and infants
when booking.
※We cannot accommodate a party of 5 (including children) arriving on the day. There are very few tables that can seat 4 or more and we cannot guarantee seating at the specified time.
● Seat selection is not available with FastPass.
● During busy periods, FastPass holders will be limited to 90 minutes. (Last order is 60 minutes after entry.)
● FastPass slots are released up to 30 days in advance.
● Each timed purchase is valid up to 15 minutes after the specified time.
● If you are more than 15 minutes late, your FastPass will be voided.
● Please arrive with your entire party; do not have the representative wait alone.
※During our year-end/New Year business period (12/29–1/4), we will be offering a special year-end/New Year menu. For details, please check our website.
Changes to FastPass date/time or party size
We cannot accept any changes to the party size or date/time after purchase for any reason.
Please confirm details before completing your purchase.
If you need to change the date/time or party size, we kindly ask that you cancel and purchase again.
Please note refunds are not provided in that case.
