[Important notes when booking the shuttle bus]
Please first select your preferred departure/arrival route, then enter the date, number of passengers, and other required details.
If the selected time does not match any available shuttle bus departure, the menu will not display selectable options.
Please select the exact same time as the departure time shown in the menu. (Due to system specifications, selectable times are shown in 15‑minute intervals.)
If you’re traveling with children, until December 4, 2026, children aged 7–12 are charged a fee. From December 5, 2026 onward, children aged 4–12 are also charged a fee. Please specify the correct number of passengers when making your reservation.
● Seats on the bus are limited. Once capacity is reached, reservations cannot be accepted even before the deadline, so please understand this in advance.
● The meeting time for all buses is 10 minutes prior to departure. Buses depart strictly on schedule, so please arrive on time.
● When booking a round-trip, please make two separate reservations—one for the outbound trip and one for the return trip.
● For groups of 9 or more people, please also make two separate reservations.
＜Reservation confirmation and payment＞
A shuttle bus reservation is considered confirmed once you reach the reservation completion screen. (An automatic confirmation email will be sent.)
For paid routes, full payment via credit card must be made in advance as both a deposit and final fare.
＜Cancellation fees and refunds＞
Cancellation fees for paid routes are as follows:
Cancellations made 7 days up to the day before departure……30% of the total fare
Cancellations after departure time or no-shows……100% of the total fare
If cancellation is notified and processed in advance, a refund will be issued within 7 days from the day following the cancellation.
※ It may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your credit card statement. Please note that processing times and posting dates vary depending on the credit card company.
