【Important Notes for Shuttle Bus Reservations】

Please first select your preferred departure/arrival route, then enter the date, number of passengers, and other required details.
If the selected time does not match any available shuttle bus departure, the menu will not display selectable options.
Please select the exact same time as the departure time shown in the menu.
(Due to system specifications, selectable times are shown in 15‑minute intervals.)

● Seats on the bus are limited. Once capacity is reached, we may be unable to accept further reservations even before the deadline.
● The meeting time for all services is 10 minutes before departure. Buses depart strictly on schedule, so please be sure to arrive on time.
● For round‑trip reservations, please make two separate bookings: one for the outbound trip and one for the return trip.
● For groups of 9 or more, please divide your booking into two separate reservations.

<Reservation Confirmation & Payment>
Your reservation is considered complete once you reach the reservation confirmation screen (a confirmation email will be sent automatically).
For paid routes, full payment of the bus fare by credit card is required in advance as the application fee and travel fee.

<Cancellation Fees and Refunds>
For cancellations after booking a paid route, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation between 7 days prior to departure and on the day of travel: 30% of the fare
Cancellation after departure or no-show: 100% of the fare
If you notify us of your cancellation in advance, we will process your refund within 7 days of the day after the cancellation.
*It may take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected on your card statement. Please note that the number of days it takes for the refund to be processed and reflected on your statement may vary depending on your card company.

<About reservation confirmation and payment>
Your bus reservation is confirmed when you proceed to the reservation completion screen. (A reservation completion email will be sent automatically.)
For paid routes, a full advance card payment is required to cover the application fee and travel cost.
