About our cancellation policy
For standard reservations, 100% of the reservation price will be charged if no notice is given on the day of the reservation.
In addition, reservations may be automatically canceled if you are 30 minutes late without notice.

For guests with prepaid plans, 100% of the reservation price will be charged from the time the reservation is confirmed.

Notice regarding major hotel renovations
Due to renovations, our hotel will be closed from Sunday, February 1, 2026. *Scheduled for reopening in the fall of 2026
Until then, the hotel will operate a bar at its "Grillozie Bar & Grill."
