Reservation Information

Our reservation procedures vary depending on the date, number of guests, and purpose of your visit.

Online Reservations
You may make a reservation through this website if the following conditions apply:
・Your reservation date is within one month.
・Your party consists of 1 to 4 guests.

Reservation Availability
Even if a date appears fully booked online, we may still be able to accommodate you depending on the latest availability.
Please contact us by phone for further details.

Reservations by Phone, Inquiry Form, or E-mail
We kindly ask that you contact us via phone, inquiry form, or e-mail for the following:
・Reservations for 5 or more guests
・Reservations more than one month in advance
・Reservations for a private room (Atelier) — for adult-only groups of 5 to 8 guests
・Reservations with preschool children (private room only)
Please note that for families with small children, available courses may vary depending on the child’s age and number of guests.

Seating Policy
Regular dining room seating is available for guests elementary school age and older.
While specific table requests cannot be guaranteed, please inform us in advance if you require special seating arrangements such as wheelchair access.

We cannot accept reservations on the reservation site if you are traveling with preschool children. Please call the store directly to check availability of private rooms. *If you visit the store with a pre-school child without prior notice, we may ask you to refrain from entering the store.*
