Reservations
● Currently, we only accept reservations for café-time seating from customers who opt for the afternoon tea set.
Seat reservations can only be guaranteed for guests arriving by 1:30 PM. For those arriving later, seat reservations cannot be made; however, the afternoon tea set can still be reserved in advance. If desired, please select “14:00–17:00” during booking.
● Reservations can be made from the 25th day of the previous month until 12:00 PM on the day prior to your visit.
● Middle school students and above are permitted to enter.

● It’s also possible to include a message with your order. Those interested should enter it in the “Special Requests” field. ※Only simple text or symbols are allowed; lengthy messages or drawings cannot be accommodated.
If ordering multiple items, please specify which item the message should accompany.

Seating Arrangements
● We do not accept requests for specific seats. All guests are treated equally.
Seats are assigned based on group size and reservation order; requests cannot be fulfilled even if specified.
● Groups of up to 6 people may enter. Groups of 7 or more are not permitted.
Requests such as “separate reservations but seated together” cannot be accommodated.
● During busy periods, each group is allotted 90 minutes per table.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in vacating tables promptly so they can be used by other waiting guests.

Cancellations & Changes
※Frequent cancellations or changes may interfere with other guests’ reservations; please refrain from doing so.
● Reservation changes or cancellations must be handled by the reserving guest themselves via the online reservation page within the designated period. Phone requests cannot be accepted.
● Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Phone requests cannot be accepted.
After this deadline, a 100% cancellation fee applies; please note this in advance.
● On the day of your visit, additional orders are allowed, but menu changes or cancellations cannot be made.

● Payment is due on the day of your visit.

※Credit card information provided during booking is temporarily stored solely to secure the reservation. Meal charges must be paid in person at the restaurant.
