【Reservation Notes】
▶Reservations are released for the following month on the 1st of each month.
▶The Laboratory Seasonal Course is divided into two sessions: 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
▶The Laboratory Course starts at the same time as your reservation.
▶During peak hours, the maximum stay time may be limited to 120 minutes.
▶For reservations for groups of 4 or more, please contact us directly.
▶Please note that guests under the age of 20 are not permitted inside.
▶Smart casual dress code is required.
Please refrain from wearing casual attire such as T-shirts (both short and long sleeves), tank tops, hoodies, shorts, or flip-flops.

If you have food allergies or special dietary needs, please be sure to fill in the details in the request section.

【Cancellation Policy】
If there is no contact within 30 minutes of the reservation time, the reservation will be considered canceled.

Question 3 Req

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on the day of your reservation, we will charge 100% of the reservation fee, and if you cancel the day before, we will charge 50% of the reservation fee.

Question 4 Req

Please highlight any food allergies or dietary requirements to us upon reservation.
We will do our best to meet your needs however this may not be possible should you have multiple dietary requirements or if we receive your request on the day you visit us.
*Please note that we cannot accommodate changes to ingredients if you declare them on the day.

The day before, we will charge 50% of the fee.

【About ingredients and alcohol】
・Cannot accommodate allergies or food that you do not like.
・Cannot provide non-alcoholic drinks, but we can lower the alcohol content. In that case, please contact us by phone.
