We use "Raou", free-range fertilized eggs from Tochigi Prefecture. We have increased the proportion of yolks from fresh eggs with no odor at all, allowing you to enjoy an even more luxurious taste. We also use a special blend of milk with a higher fat content to create a deep flavor, resulting in a rich, smooth pudding with an elegant texture. The milky shanti that melts in your mouth and is squeezed on top is just like a sea of clouds. Please enjoy by pouring the sauce from the dropper over it.

栃木県産の平飼い有精卵「卵皇」を使用。全く臭みのない新鮮な卵の黄身割合を増量し、さらに贅沢な味わいをお楽しみいただけます。また深いコクを出すため脂肪分を増やした特別なブレンドミルクを使い、濃厚かつ上品な舌触りの滑らかなプリンに仕上げました。その上に絞られた口どけの良いミルキーシャンティはまさに雲海そのもの。スポイトに入ったソースをかけてお召し上がりください。
