"Chocolate" has been added to the popular Basque cheesecake for a limited time.
It uses bitter chocolate from France, which is characterized by its fruity aroma and bittersweetness.
It has been made to bring out the strong taste of chocolate while retaining the refreshing acidity and richness of cream cheese, which is a characteristic of Basque cheesecake.
