Thanks to your generous support, Kobe Kitano Hotel has reached this milestone 25th anniversary. This milestone is entirely due to your generosity, and for this I am deeply grateful. Furthermore, I, Hiroshi Yamaguchi, have been honored with the promotion to the Order of Agricultural Merit of the French Republic and received the Gold Award in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' Chef Masters program.

I am truly grateful for this generous recognition of my journey to date, and as a chef and someone rooted in Kobe, I am deeply aware of my responsibility to the future. We will be holding a commemorative gala party to share this major milestone with you and to mark our determination to take a new step towards our next 25 years.

For this one-night-only dinner, we will lovingly prepare a variety of extraordinary dishes using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, weaving together French and Japanese techniques.

More than just a commemorative event, we hope it will also be an opportunity to discuss our future together, reflecting on our history of being rooted in the city of Kobe, learning from French culture, and connecting people through the art of cooking.
