・Unfortunately, those who do not like game meat cannot participate.
・Depending on reservation status, we may ask guests to share tables; please indicate any preferences in the remarks section if this is not acceptable.

[Regular reservation period]
・Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.
・Requests for specific seating arrangements may not always be accommodated.
・Children aged 12 and above who can eat the same meals as adults are permitted to join (same price applies).

・Requests for private rooms, etc.
・Reservations for 10 or more guests
※Requests may not always be fulfilled; please understand in advance.

・Guests with severe allergies or multiple food allergies
・Vegetarian or pescatarian guests, etc.
※Due to ingredient availability, we may unfortunately be unable to accept reservations in some cases.

◾️Regarding transportation
・L’évo is located in a mountainous area near the border of Toyama and Gifu Prefectures, making access somewhat difficult. Therefore, we need to confirm round-trip transportation options at the time of booking. Please provide as much detail as possible in the “Questions from the restaurant” section below (e.g., mode of transport, route, etc.).

◾️Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of 50% applies if canceled 3 days prior; 70% if canceled 2 days prior; 100% if canceled on the day before or on the day of the reservation.
