▶ Our menu is built around seasonal ingredients, which means allergy accommodations or menu changes can sometimes be difficult. We are unable to accept ingredient changes on the day of your visit — please contact us in advance. (Same-day changes, when possible, may incur an additional charge.) Thank you for your understanding.

▶ For guests with extensive allergies or dislikes that would affect multiple courses, we may unfortunately be unable to accept your reservation. Please contact us before booking if you have any concerns.

▶ If we are unable to reach you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be obliged to treat the reservation as cancelled. Please contact us if you expect to be late.

▶ At MIXTEKO TOKYO, multiple dishes are prepared simultaneously to ensure each is served at its ideal moment. Depending on your pace of dining, courses may occasionally overlap — please understand this is to ensure every dish reaches you in its best condition.

▶ Children are welcome from age 12, and only if they will be having the same menu as adults; online reservations are available under these conditions.

Please indicate the number of people who would like non-alcoholic drinks. Please indicate 0 if you would like alcohol for everyone.

It is possible to partially switch between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on request. For example: 'I would like to have a toast with beer and the rest with non-alcoholic beverages'.
We will of course do our best to accommodate requests like the above on the day of the event, but we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance if you have any restrictions on beverages, so that we can make sure we can accommodate your request.
