Reservations
●Reservations are accepted up to three months in advance.
●We offer bistro cuisine prepared on a teppan (hot plate), allowing you to enjoy the chef's unique dishes. There is no teppan (hot plate) in front of your seat.
●You can choose from a la carte dishes (appetizers, cold dishes, hot dishes, main courses), and finish with okonomiyaki or dessert, savoring the course menu in order.

The Live Abalone Steak and Lobster Teppanyaki dishes listed on the website menu require advance reservations, so please order from the special menu below.
Birthday and dessert plates must also be reserved in advance, so please order from the special menu below.
● Reservations must be made by the person visiting the restaurant. If we discover any incomplete contact information, your reservation may be canceled.
Reservations cannot be made on behalf of another person.
● We may not be able to accommodate changes to the time or an increase in the number of people after a reservation has been made. Thank you for your understanding.
● If you wish to cancel your seat, please do so at least one day in advance.
(For guests ordering a special menu, please do so at least five days in advance.)
If you cannot arrive on the day, please be sure to contact us by phone before your reservation time.
Furthermore, if you do not arrive or cannot be contacted within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled. A cancellation fee of ¥11,000 per person will be charged for cancellations made on the day.
A cancellation fee will also be charged for reducing the number of people in your reservation.
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.

●We do not accept reservations for groups of 5 or more. (Groups are limited to 4 people, including children.)

Demandes

This is not a course meal, so you can choose freely, but please let us know if there are any ingredients you don't like. Pork, shellfish, etc. Please note that we cannot accommodate vegan and vegetarian customers. If you have any requests, please click "Other" and write them down.
This restaurant is run by just two people: a chef and his wife. We accept à la carte orders, not set courses. As we begin cooking on the hot plate after receiving your order, it takes time for your food to be served. Please refrain from dining if you are in a hurry or would find the wait a burden.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who are in a hurry, such as those who have plans after their meal or who need to leave by a certain time to catch the Shinkansen, so please choose a date and time when you have plenty of time.
We will serve you at the time of your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you even if you arrive before your reservation time.
If you have children, we will basically seat you at a table. Depending on the reservation situation on the day, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
