▶If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

▶Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are very busy, so please use public transportation. Please note that if the hotel parking lot is full, we may direct you to a nearby contracted parking lot.
