Pgreco is a husband-and-wife restaurant. We welcome our guests with warmth and care, striving to provide a warm and inviting dining experience.

[Regarding 8:00 PM Entry]
We are currently accepting reservations at 8:00 PM on a trial basis. Standard courses are available until 7:00 PM, and after that, only short courses are available. Reservations are accepted only if everyone is present by 8:00 PM. Please note that we close at 9:30 PM, so please be aware of the rush hours before making your reservation.

[Reservations]
Reservations are accepted up to the end of the month, two months in advance, until 3:00 PM on the day prior to your reservation.
Online reservations are available for up to four guests.
For parties of five or more, or if you are unable to book online, please contact us by email or through your hotel concierge.

[Family Notice]
From April 2026, on weekdays our six-year-old daughter may be present in the restaurant from around 8:00 PM.
On Saturdays and public holidays, she may be present throughout the day.
For further details, please refer to the “Topics” section dated February 28 on our website.

[Children]
Children are welcome every Saturday and public holidays, regardless of age.
If you wish to dine with your child and request à la carte options, please contact us by email or through your hotel concierge.

Please inform us of any allergies or food dislikes, including for your companions.
We are unable to make changes on the day of your visit,

If you are on a tight schedule, please let us know your desired departure time. However, if all guests are not present at the reserved time,
we may not be able to accommodate your requested departure time.

Cancellation fee costs 50% 2 days before . 100% cancellation fee is charged when cancelled on the day of reservation.

【Regarding Additional Charges】
・Addition or changes of disliked ingredients on the day of the reservation
・Guests not being present by 8:00 PM
・Meals not being finished by 9:30 PM due to customer circumstances

Please understand that in these cases, an additional fee will apply.We sincerely apologize for this request, but we ask for your understanding before making a reservation. If you made the reservation or are booking on behalf of others, please be sure to inform all guests involved.
