Reservation Rules
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
●Seating time is limited to 30 minutes.
●Your reservation may be canceled if you arrive 10 minutes after your reservation time. Please do not be late.
●There will be no extension of time even if you are late.
●You may eat multiple times within the allotted time.
●Each person must order one noodle dish.
●If a child requires a seat, please include them in the number of people in your reservation.
*There is no children's menu, but they will enjoy the same meal as adults.

Reservation Fees
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or date and time after a reservation has been made, regardless of the reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your purchase.
If the date, time, or number of people changes, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel and rebook your reservation.
Refunds will not be offered in this case.

About Cancellations
- If you cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation time or if you cancel without notice, a cancellation fee of ¥2,000 per person will be charged to your credit card.
*The reservation fee (¥390 per person) will not be refunded.

The reservation processing fee (¥390) is non-refundable under any circumstances. Changes to the number of guests or the reservation date/time cannot be made, so please review your details before confirming.
Please arrive on time for your reservation. Depending on how busy we are on the day, you may be asked to wait a short time past your reserved time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
When you arrive at the venue, please do not line up. Instead, show the staff the reservation confirmation email you received.
