▶ If you make a reservation with post-payment by credit card, the reservation amount will be held as a temporary authorization.
However, for debit or prepaid cards, which are directly linked to your bank account, the stated amount will be deducted from your account immediately at the time of reservation confirmation.
After your visit, a refund will be processed by the store, and you will be asked to pay at the store on the day of your visit.

▶ About payment on the day:
We do not accept debit cards for in-store payment.
Accepted credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, JCB, VISA, MasterCard.

▶ The only electronic payment method we accept is PayPay.

▶The seating time is limited to 2 hours from your reservation time.
▶Please note that we do not allow extensions of your seating time.
▶If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶The cuts of meat served in the course may change depending on the day.
▶Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
▶We do not accept reservations made on behalf of others. Please make the reservation yourself.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or changes in the number of guests, the following cancellation fees will apply, based on the time remaining before your reservation:

For course reservations:
・Within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation amount

For seat-only reservations:
・Within 24 hours: ¥10,000 per person
